Bucking the trend as well established restaurants are closing is a small Italian bistro in Glasgow’s West End, which is attracting clientele from far and wide. However, this is not some “new kid on the block”, this is a family business which has previously set the heather on fire in Great Western Road, in their former life Trattoria Trevi. Rossano McCulloch has returned after a break from running the Trevi restaurant, and is attracting old and new customers at Rossano’s Bar Bistro in Crow Road, Anniesland Cross.
